ご出身はどちらですか？いつ生まれましたか。
1980年生まれ。仙台市出身。
When were you born and where are you from?
I was born in 1980 in Sendai.

いつ、どこで杖道の修行を始めましたか。
1992年から、仁心館（自宅道場）で剣道、居合道と同時に始めました。
Where and when did you start practicing jodo?
Since 1992, I have started training in Kendo and Iaido simultaneously in our home dojo, Jishinkan.

ポーランドで杖道を教え始めたきっかけは何ですか。
2006年から村上先生（父）にアシスタントとして同行
How did you start teaching Jodo in Poland?
Since 2006, I have been coming with Sensei Murakami, my father, as his assistant.

ポーランドの杖道家と日本人の杖道家の主な相違点と共通点は何ですか。
手足の長さなど体格の違いはあるけれど気持ちは変わらないように感じます。
What are the main differences and similarities between jodokas in Poland and your country?
Although the lengths of arms and legs and the overall body structure are different, I do not feel that the approach is different.

杖道の好きなところ、難しいところは何ですか。
杖道の好きなところ
相手がいるので自分の動きの効果が分かりやすいのが難しいところであり、好きなところ
組んでやる武道なので人との交流が持ちやすい
What are your favorite and most challenging aspects of Jodo?
If you have a partner, it will be easy for them to see the effectiveness of your techniques, which makes Jodo challenging and is why I like it. It is a budo that requires teamwork, making the influence on each other natural.

ポーランドでの印象に残っている思い出や経験はなんでしょうか。共有したい逸話はありますか。
思い出
私にとって初めての外国がポーランドだったためすべてのことが新鮮でした。特にポーランド語は全くわからないし、英語も話せないので稽古に使えそうな単語や短い文を教えてもらい次の日に試していました。
What are your memories and experiences from your visits to Poland? Do you have any anecdotes you would like to share?
Poland was the first foreign country I visited, so everything was new to me. In particular, since I do not understand Polish or English at all, I asked to be taught a few words and short sentences that I could use in practice. I tried them out the next day.

What else motivates you in Jodo?
I managed to make connections with people from Poland and other countries. There are still many things I cannot do well.
